Or, if you’re winter camping here at Westward Shores, then you can bring skis for some cross-country skiing!

Turtleback Mountain and Brook Walk Trail: Advanced - 1.8 Miles

This shorter hike is well worth the challenge! You’ll have the chance to explore the beautiful New Hampshire landscape, with a number of roaring waterfalls along the Turtleback Mountain and Brook Walk Trail. This hike offers lookout points so that hikers can soak in all the best views. This trail is located within the Castle in the Clouds Conservation Area, which is located just 25 minutes away from Ossipee, NH.
