Beaches
Let’s go to the beach! Our New Hampshire campground has over 2,000 feet of sandy shore front for swimming. Our two beaches both have gradual entry into the crystal clear water. We also have a dog beach for our furry friends!
Swimming Pools
*OUTDOOR POOL OPENING JUNE 15* Looking for a campground with a pool in New Hampshire? You're in luck! Now, kids and adults alike can splash away the day at our new pool complex! Parental supervision required for campers age 16 and under. *Indoor pool open from opening day through closing day. Outdoor pool open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

If you have a dock slip, enjoy some time on the lake! We are located on the northwest shore of the second biggest lake in NH: Lake Ossipee. Barrel Train
All aboard! Take a trip around the park in this unique train ride. The kids will have a blast at our Ossipee Lake campground in their very own barrel car, pulled by one of our tractors!
Fishing
Bring your fishing poles! Lake Ossipee is home to salmon, perch, trout, bass, and rainbow smelt. NH fishing license is required. Need fishing gear? Stop by our Marina Market! There's so much to do at our RV resort in New Hampshire!

Gaga Ball
A kinder, gentler version of dodge ball and four square, Gaga Ball is played in an octagon-shaped pit with a soft foam or rubber ball and combines the skills of dodging, running, striking and jumping—all while trying to hit opponents with the ball below the knees. The more players, the better!
