We are located on Rte. 16 in West Ossipee, NH. About 20 miles south of North Conway. The Park is situated on the Northwest Shores of Ossipee Lake.

I’m a seasonal camper. How do I make a payment?
To submit a payment, please mail us a check. Checks must be made out to SUN NG Resorts LLC and mailed to Westward Shores PO BOX 577 West Ossipee, NH 03890.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Yes. Registered campers may bring well-behaved quiet pets to all campsites and select cottages. For one pet, there is a flat fee of $50. For two pets, there is a flat fee of $75. Do not bring your pet if you haven’t specifically booked a “pet-friendly” cottage or RV site. Violating this policy will result in a $250 fine. View Westward Shores’ pet waiver.
When are you open?
We are open in 2023 from May 12 – October 15. Peak season is from June 16 – August 27.
What type of park is Westward Shores Cottages & RV Resort?
Westward Shores is the best of both worlds! We have camping cabins, luxurious cottages, group lodges, and campsites perfect for vacation stays. We also have seasonal campsites for those who want to stay longer!

What are my check-in and check-out times?
Cottages Check-in: 4pmCheck-out: 11am Campsites Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 1pm. We have an early check-in option, but you must call ahead. It also involves a fee based on the time of check-in.
I booked a cottage on the peninsula. Is there a place to park my vehicle?
While there is no space to park a vehicle on the peninsula, your peninsula cottage reservation does include a golf cart to get around our New Hampshire campground quickly! (Includes Bear Camp Cottages, Lakeview Cottages, and Lakefront Cottages)
Do you offer price matching for campground reservations?
No, we do not offer price matching for campground reservations. Our pricing is carefully determined to provide fair value for the amenities and services included in the price of a stay. We encourage you to explore the features of our campground, and if you have any questions about our current pricing or special offers, feel free to contact our reservation team for assistance!
Do you have Wi-Fi?

How far away is your New Hampshire campground from Laconia?
Lucky for you, we offer some of the best camping near Laconia, because our Camp-Resort is located less than an hour away. We also offer some of the best RV camping and cabin rentals near Laconia, with 10+ accommodation types!
Why should I stay at your Ossipee Lake campground over other campgrounds in the area?
Our campground on Lake Ossipee is in the heart of New Hampshire and has a variety of cabin & campsite options! Plus, we offer many more attractions and activities than any other campground nearby - including our pools, jumping pillow, sports courts, themed events, and more. Do you have golf cart rentals?

Yes, we allow for day visits or for longer stays! Visitor Rates apply to the following: Extra persons not included in cabin or campsite rates Guests visiting someone staying at the park The following visitor fees apply for overnight guests:Non Peak season - $15 / overnight, $45 / 4-7 nightsPeak season & Holidays - $26 / overnight, $78 / 4-7 nights

Can I bring an E-Z Up Railing/Deck for my campsite?
No, we ask that you leave these items at home.
What is your policy on firearms and weapons?
Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited.

Do you allow tent camping?
Yes! While we do not have any ‘tent sites’ we will allow RV sites to be booked for tents. But be aware, the campground is geared toward RV camping.
What is there to do at Westward Shores & RV Resort?
Well, since we are on the shores of a beautiful New Hampshire lake… let’s go to the beach! We have two beaches here (plus one for the dogs!) and they all have gradual entry into the crystal clear waters of Ossipee Lake. We have over 2000′ of sandy shoreline for swimming. If you’re an outdoor sports enthusiast, there is boating, sailing, kayaking, tubing, water skiing and fishing. We also plan special activities all season long. There is fun for all ages, so please check out our Things to Do page for more details. Please note that attractions may have limited availability during non-peak season. Open: May 12 – October 5. Do you have cable?
Some of our cottages have cable boxes, but not all of them. When you book, make sure you have cable listed as a feature of your cottage! We do not offer cable for any of our RV sites.

Will my reservation guarantee a specific campsite or cabin assignment?
We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cottage location by paying our applicable lock in fee. If you opt out of the lock in fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but not the specific unit number.

We have over 2,000 square feet of beach for everyone to enjoy, we even have a beach for you and your pets! Our spacious swimming pools are perfect for kids and adults too! Do you have onsite food?

Can I tour the park?
We are happy to show off the campground and we do allow tours. However, we cannot allow tours on holidays or busy weekends. Please call ahead, we would hate for you to waste a drive.
Do you offer cabins for large groups?
Yes! We have plenty of cabins for large groups in New Hampshire! With our group cabin options, we can accomodate groups of up to 20 guests! Cabins such as our Timber Lodge and our Shorepointe Cottage are a great option. More information on these rentals can be found here.
How far in advance should I make my reservation?
We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance of desired arrival date, as our campground will fill up quickly! We book reservations up to 360 days in advance, so you can even re-book your stay for 2023 at checkout.
