When are you open?
We are open in 2023 from May 12 – October 15. Peak season is from June 16 – August 27.
What is there to do at Westward Shores & RV Resort?
Well, since we are on the shores of a beautiful New Hampshire lake… let’s go to the beach! We have two beaches here (plus one for the dogs!) and they all have gradual entry into the crystal clear waters of Ossipee Lake. We have over 2000′ of sandy shoreline for swimming. If you’re an outdoor sports enthusiast, there is boating, sailing, kayaking, tubing, water skiing and fishing. We also plan special activities all season long. There is fun for all ages, so please check out our Things to Do page for more details. Please note that attractions may have limited availability during non-peak season. Open: May 12 – October 5. Peak Season: June 16 – August 27.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?
We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance of desired arrival date, as our campground will fill up quickly! We book reservations up to 360 days in advance, so you can even re-book your stay for 2023 at checkout.
Where is Westward Shores Cottages & RV Resort located?
We are located on Rte. 16 in West Ossipee, NH. About 20 miles south of North Conway. The Park is situated on the Northwest Shores of Ossipee Lake.
I booked a cottage on the peninsula. Is there a place to park my vehicle?
While there is no space to park a vehicle on the peninsula, your peninsula cottage reservation does include a golf cart to get around the Camp-Resort quickly! (Includes Bear Camp Cottages, Lakeview Cottages, and Lakefront Cottages)

Do you have Wi-Fi?
The park has free standard wi-fi, and premium wi-fi available for purchase if you have a signal. Wi-fi signal may depend on your location in the park. Purchase premium wi-fi: newenglandcctv.com
Can I bring my pet with me?
Yes. Registered campers may bring well-behaved quiet pets to all campsites and select cottages. For one pet, there is a flat fee of $50. For two pets, there is a flat fee of $75. Do not bring your pet if you haven’t specifically booked a “pet-friendly” cottage or RV site. Violating this policy will result in a $250 fine. View Westward Shores’ pet waiver.

I’m a seasonal camper. How do I make a payment?
To submit a payment, please mail us a check. Checks must be made out to SUN NG Resorts LLC and mailed to Westward Shores PO BOX 577 West Ossipee, NH 03890.
Where can I check rates and availability?
Through our reservations site! You can check availability, compare site types, and get an exact rates.
Do you have cable?
Some of our cottages have cable boxes, but not all of them. When you book, make sure you have cable listed as a feature of your cottage! We do not offer cable for any of our RV sites.
What is your policy on firearms and weapons?
Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited.

What is the Wi-Fi password?
Do you allow tent camping?
Yes! While we do not have any ‘tent sites’ we will allow RV sites to be booked for tents. But be aware, the campground is geared toward RV camping.
Can I bring an E-Z Up Railing/Deck for my campsite?
No, we ask that you leave these items at home.
Can I visit someone at the park?
Yes, we allow for day visits or for longer stays! Visitor Rates apply to the following: Extra persons not included in cabin or campsite rates Guests visiting someone staying at the park The following visitor fees apply for overnight guests:Non Peak season - $15 / overnight, $45 / 4-7 nightsPeak season & Holidays - $26 / overnight, $78 / 4-7 nights
Do you offer any discounts?
We do! We offer great savings with our special offers! You can also follow us on Facebook to stay updated on any deals and specials we are offering! We do not accept AAA, Good Sam Club, or any other. Are you an active or retired service man or woman? To thank you for your service, we offer a military discount of 10% off any weekday (Sunday-Thursday) stay with promo code WETHANKYOU. *A valid ID must be presented at check-in to receive the discount. Excludes holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, & Indigenous Peoples’ Day). May not be combined with other offers. Are you an established photographer, blogger, or social media personality? If you’re interested in potentially getting a discount off your next stay, we want to hear from you! Simply contact us with your proposal and links to your website and/or socials. We will get back to you at our earliest convenience.
Will my reservation guarantee a specific campsite or cabin assignment?
We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cottage location by paying our applicable lock in fee. If you opt out of the lock in fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but not the specific unit number.
What are my check-in and check-out times?
Cottages Check-in: 4pmCheck-out: 11am Campsites Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 1pm. We have an early check-in option, but you must call ahead. It also involves a fee based on the time of check-in.
Can I tour the park?
We are happy to show off the campground and we do allow tours. However, we cannot allow tours on holidays or busy weekends. Please call ahead, we would hate for you to waste a drive.
What type of park is Westward Shores Cottages & RV Resort?
Westward Shores is the best of both worlds! We have camping cabins, luxurious cottages, group lodges, and campsites perfect for vacation stays. We also have seasonal campsites for those who want to stay longer!
