Choose between two group cottage options: our Shorepointe Cottage and Timber Lodge! Shorepointe Cottage is situated right on the shoreline of Ossipee Lake, with it’s own beach access and dock for your convenience. This group cottage in New Hampshire sleeps 11, with 3 private bedrooms and two private bathrooms. This cottage also features a fireplace, full kitchen, dining area, wraparound covered porch, outdoor shower, and your own private hot tub.
Our Timber Lodge sleeps up to 20 and is just a short walk from our beach and playgrounds! Enjoy four private bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, fireplace, foosball, deck with grill and your own private hot tub!
Luxury cottage Rentals
We offer eight different luxury cottage types that offer similar amenities, but each have their own perks!
If you're the type of camper that enjoys a full kitchen big enough to whip up tasty meals throughout your stay, our Beachfront Cottage, Lakefront Cottage, Lakeview Cottage, Bear Camp Cottage, Lakeport Villa, or Pine Forest Cottage are a great option for you! These cottages are the same cottage type, but located at different areas of our New Hampshire campground, so you can choose which one best fits your needs! These cottages have a beautiful full kitchen that includes an oven, and are the epitome of glamping in New Hampshire! Plus, they also feature a private bedroom, full bathroom, a porch, AC/ Heat, are pet-friendly, and more!
If you need a lot of privacy or separate space for your whole family while sharing a cottage, our Forest Glen Cottages is the way to go! This cottage offers two private bedrooms, making it a more spacious spot. In addition to that, the cottage features a full kitchen with an oven, a full bathroom, AC/heat, a picnic table outside, and more. Rustic Cabin Rental
Our Camping Cabins (Large) and Camping Cabins (Small) are a great pick for the campers that want to feel that rustic-charm, while still sleeping indoors and benefiting from some of the conveniences of a home. These cottages sleep up to 5 people and come with their own covered porch–perfect for morning coffee! Inside, campers can enjoy a small refrigerator, television, microwave, and AC. These cottages are located just a short walk from our bathrooms and also feature an outdoor fire ring, picnic table, and charcoal grill and are pet-friendly!
On-Site Attractions
Not only do we have the best cottage rentals in New Hampshire for your family, but we also offer endless attractions for all ages! The best part – the majority of our attractions are included in your stay! If you're looking for a New Hampshire campground with a pool, we've got you covered.
